We are currently accepting applications for Preschool, and Kindergarten through eighth grades. Please pick up the appropriate application form from the school office, complete the entire form, and return it to the office along with the following:

• copy of birth certificate
• copy of up-to-date immunization records
• if applicable, copies of:
  
  • Report card / test scores
  • Baptismal certificate
  • First Eucharist certificate
  • First Reconciliation certificate
  • Confirmation certificate
