Thank you for being a part of our Summer Program this year. Our goal is for your child to have a fun and exciting experience using a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) approach that has a faith-based component.
Attached you will find:
  1. Summer School/Camp registration contract and fees schedule.

The Hands on Camp for 1st-7th-grade: Students will use a STEAM approach to daily activities. The students will grow with experiences and develop a new level of confidence using critical thinking skills. The faith-based approach will address social-emotional learning to help develop competencies in self-management, resiliency and decision-making skills.

The Kinder Readiness Program is for students entering kindergarten in the fall. This is a well-balanced program that better prepares each child for kindergarten. Kinder Readiness will offer students a variety of academic and social skills that will promote their development and help make the transition to kindergarten smooth. This program is beneficial for all students moving into kindergarten at ANY school.

The Preschool Program includes faith-based developmentally appropriate activities that provide children with the opportunities to plan, explore, create, discover and express, listen and learn within a nurturing environment. We will offer 4 different themes throughout the summer. We highly recommend 2 weeks of summer school prior to new fall enrollment to develop independent skills and eliminate separation anxiety. Two weeks are required for students moving from a 2-day program to the 5-day program in the fall.

Step 1 - Registration
  • Completed Summer Enrollment Contract will include:
    • $100 registration fee per child (includes t-shirt and supplies)
    • Pre-Register by March 19th to receive $25 off the registration fee. Please submit check to Summer School table at registration night. Weeks of attendance can be determined at a later date. 
Step 2 - Select your weeks of attendance
  • On the contract select the type of program your child will be attending. (Preschool, Kinder Readiness, 1st-7th Grade, and if using EDP)
  • On the contract select the weeks and EDP if needed for your child.
  • The week of July 4th we will be closed.
  • Additional weeks may be added after the summer program begins.
Step 3 - Payment required prior to beginning the Summer Program
  • Summer payments are due weekly before the new week starts. FACTS Tuition Payment Services are not used for Summer School tuition payments. A $15 late fee will be assessed if tuition is late.
  • Your child will not be able to attend the program if payment is not received by the Friday before the planned week.
Step 4 - First Day of Summer Program
  • An email about the program you have chosen will be sent at the end of May 2019.

Effective: March 1, 2019

  • Initial Summer Registration Fee: $100 per child (includes t-shirt and supplies) Non-refundable fee paid upon enrollment.
  • $25 discount given off of $100 registration fee if registered and deposit paid by March 19th.
SIBLING DISCOUNT:

10% Discount will be taken off the tuition and EDP for the second and all additional siblings.

*Children must be enrolled in preschool, kinder readiness or academic program to be eligible to use St Elizabeth’s extended

day program (EDP). Open daily from 7:30-8am and 12-5:30 pm

*Children are to bring or buy lunch if staying for the extended day program.

** Kindergarten at St Elizabeth’s requires at least 2 weeks, no need to be consecutive weeks.

  • Register following the schedule below. Additional weeks may be added after the summer program begins.
  • Session payments are due Friday before the new session starts. A $15 late fee will be assessed if tuition is late.
  • One snack will be provided to Preschool and EDP programs. Kinder readiness and Academic camps may bring their own snack for recess time. A snack bar with items ranging in cost  from $0.50 to $1.00 will be open at recess. Hot lunch will be $4.00.
